Sister Patricia McCarron named Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Archdiocese of Baltimore

Congratulations to Sister Patricia McCarron, SSND, Ph.D., Head of School, on her appointment as the Superintendent of Schools for the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The Archdiocese announced this wonderful news earlier today, Thursday, February 20. Having served as NDP’s Head of School for 20 years, Sister Patricia shared in August that she was leaving NDP at the conclusion of the 2024–2025 school year. As Superintendent, Sister Patricia will oversee the 54 schools that enroll nearly 25,000 students. She assumes her new position in August 2025.
