Catholic Schools Week culminates with special liturgy celebrated by Archbishop Lori

On Wednesday, January 29, the Notre Dame Prep community celebrated a special Catholic Schools Week liturgy led by Archbishop William E. Lori, who specially blessed Sister Patricia McCarron, Head of School, in honor of her 20 years of dedicated service to the school. In his homily, which can be viewed on the Archdiocese of Baltimore's website, Archbishop Lori provided inspiration on Catholic education, heralded the SSND’s faithfulness and educational vision, and celebrated Sister Patricia’s leadership.

Additionally, as a token of gratitude, Sister Patricia received a piece of artwork featuring the themes from each of her 20 years as Head of School. Joining the celebration were members of the McCarron family and fellow School Sisters of Notre Dame. We are endlessly grateful for Sister Patricia’s leadership, faith, and the lasting impact she has made on our NDP community. View photos from this special celebration below.
