Career Exploration at NDP

At Notre Dame Preparatory School, we believe that to transform the world, young women must first explore it. Meaningful learning extends well beyond the classroom. This philosophy drives our Women In… (WIN) Career Exploration Program, a unique initiative designed to prepare young women to apply their academic skills, curiosity, and passion in real-world settings.

Since its inception in 2006, WIN has grown into a comprehensive career exploration program by connecting our students with accomplished professionals across diverse industries including business, law, finance, engineering, health care, architecture, construction, and more. Whether in a global engineering firm, a courtroom, a forensic pathology laboratory, a graphic artist’s studio, or an operating room, WIN empowers our students to explore career paths, build valuable connections, and gain the real-world insights needed to make informed decisions about their futures. To date, more than 2,000 students have completed a WIN experience.
