Congratulations Seniors!

Our beloved Class of 2023 was honored for its outstanding academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular accomplishments at the annual Upper Level Awards Ceremony. Next week at graduation, we will celebrate these 151 talented young women who are poised and ready to launch the next step of their educational journeys. One hundred percent of these students have been accepted to four-year colleges and universities and nearly 95% of the students were awarded more than 600 merit scholarships totaling nearly $36 million dollars! Here are the top honors from the Class of Orange and Pink.
    • Teddy Boettcher, Catherine Bowen, Grace Brehm, Grace Bryant, Martha Diane Esteban, Samantha Farley, June Heslin, Sydney Luong, Kristina Melegari, Samantha Otazo, Sophia Saccone, Madison Villarba, and Isabella White were named National Merit Commended Scholars.
    • Maryland State Scholastic Awards recognizing the top 5% of the graduating class, were given to: Catherine Bowen, Grace Brehm, Martha Diane Esteban, Samantha Farley, Kristina Melegari, Samantha Otazo, Sophia Saccone, Madison Villarba
    • Grace Brehm, Samantha Farley, Madison Villarba were named Archdiocesan Distinctive Scholars.
    • Madison Villarba received NDP’s General Excellence Medal for the highest academic average.
    • Cate Bowen was named the 2023 White Blazer Girl.
    • Osolu Ozo-Onyali received the first-ever Trust and Dare Award.

    • Seventy-four students earned General STEAM Certificates. In addition, of that number, 16 students received STEAM Pathway Certificates in Computer Science; 10 in Engineering and Manufacturing; nine in Architecture; and 26 in Medicine.
    • Fifty-seven students received Certificates of Biliteracy.
    • At the annual Capstone Evening, 56 Bette Ellis O’Conor Scholars were honored.
    • The Class of 2023 received the Loyalty Banner.
