Employment

If you are interested in being part of an inclusive, dynamic community of educators dedicated to providing a stellar academic experience for young women and are committed to the mission and values of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, we welcome you to join us! The essence of the Notre Dame Prep’s mission—academic excellence, spiritual growth, and the practice of justice—has remained the same since the school’s establishment and provides the foundation allowing NDP to offer a solid liberal arts-based curriculum while responding to the educational needs of the times.

Living the Mission

Since its founding in 1873, Notre Dame Preparatory School has provided a stellar college preparatory education to young girls in the tradition of its founding order, the School Sisters of Notre Dame. Notre Dame Prep is dedicated to the ideals of transformative education. NDP’s dedicated, creative, and extraordinary faculty present an outstanding educational experience, simultaneously rooted in the liberal arts and relevant to today’s society. Through hands-on projects, experiential learning, and foundational coursework, NDP students think critically, solve problems creatively, and communicate clearly. Outside of the classroom, co- and extracurricular experiences develop their confidence and leadership. The school’s spiritual and justice mission, rooted in the Gospel and inspired by the SSND charism of unity, anchors students as they seek to become loving, just, and wise young women ready to change the world for the better.
